The Small Business Development Center conducts seminars monthly on various topics which pertain to the small business owner or future business owner.  All seminars are free unless otherwise noted.  Seminars are held at the Learning Center of the Housing Authority of Bowling, 247 Double Springs Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101
